  • Estimated delivery times are between 5–10 business days depending on the destination.

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service, customs procedures, or other third parties. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day return policy for products that are unused and in their original packaging.

  • If you are not satisfied with the Product, please contact us within 30 days from the date of receipt to arrange a return.

  • We do not accept returns for used or opened products due to hygiene reasons.

7. Warranty

  • The Product comes with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
